Our Gingerbread scone mix delivers the full classic spice profile in every bite. Taste the holiday nostalgia of ginger, cinnamon, a touch of molasses. This isn't just a ginger scone, it's a proper gingerbread experience in a tender, flaky form. It tastes exactly like the best gingerbread cookie you've ever had while remaining unmistakably a scone.\n\nThis is one of our mixes where we require one more inclusion beyond heavy cream. We refuse to use molasses \"flavor\" and know how delicious it is with the real ingredient. The extra step is worth it!\n\nPour in heavy cream, add the molasses, mix, cut into triangles, and bake. Twenty minutes from opening the bag to pulling warm, spiced gingerbread scones from the oven. Never dry. Never crumbly. No butter. No eggs. No scone pan.\n\nGingerbread was one of our most anticipated seasonal flavors, so we decided to offer it year round. Try making our famous carrot cake scones with this mix.
